To initiate the refund process, we require a video showing the incorrect item(s) received, clearly displaying the packaging and the item(s) received. Please email the video to contact@apninani.com within 4 days of receiving your order.

**Cancellation Policy**

– Order Cancellation: You may cancel your order before it has been shipped. Once your order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled.

Once we receive your refund request and verify the provided video evidence, we will process your refund within 5 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
